 Get error message ''Error when sending Enable Message to ME'' when flash BIOS with ME.

This issue occur when use ME FW SPS_EN_03.00.04.209.0 with Denlow-Refresh CPU since because ME FW SPS_EN_03.00.04.209.0 don’t Denlow-Refresh CPU .
  1. Please use the Denlow CPU to update SPS_EN_03.00.05.128.0 then change the Denlow-refresh CPU to avoid this issue.
  2. BIOS use offline to update ME FW . This way also is able to avoid this issue.
